Accepted online Payment Methods

Setchi Design accepts Visa, MasterCard and PayPal payment methods via our secure online payment system. Payment is processed during Step 4 of the Checkout Process.

To ensure all customers shop with complete confidence online, we have taken every possible measure to give absolute security to our customers during their shopping experience.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY & BACK ORDERS

​

One of the features of our website is the ability to see stock availability. This availability level is based on Setchi Design online orders. Stock ranges and quantities may vary, so please contact Setchi Design directly to inquire about a specific product unavailable.

If an item is out of stock, these items can still be purchased by contacting Setchi Design to be Made To Order for fulfillment once the order is in.

Made To Order

​

When an item goes to Made To Order, Setchi Design will notify you and send the product out to you when completed. If you ordered via the website, a confirmation email will be sent when this product has been dispatched. All freight is calculated at the point of order (based on the weight and volume of all goods ordered). Setchi Design do not charge additional freight for Made Yo Order.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS

Should you purchase a product from Setchi Design which does not breach one of the Consumer Guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law and you wish to return/exchange the product because you ‘changed your mind’ you are entitled to the following under our Returns Policy:

• A Store Credit to the value of the original price paid (not including freight) by way of Gift Cards which are valid for 36 months.

• Exchange the product for something of an equal or lesser value.

DELIVERY & SHIPPING

​

Shipping charges are calculated by the size, weight and destination along with the quantity of items ordered. 

The following are the options available:

• Free Postage: Orders over $250 that are under 20kg in weight and under 1 meter long are eligible for Free Standard Postage via Australia Post.  Click here to view criteria, exclusions, terms and conditions.

• Australia Post: Australia Post's trackable parcel delivery system.

• StarTrack Road Express: Delivery via StarTrack Road Couriers. Note that this is not an overnight service. (For orders over 20kg the receiver will need to provide a mechanical lifting device). Contact Setchi Design fr more information.

• StarTrack Road Tailgate: The delivery vehicle will be fitted with a hydraulic lift to lower your order to ground level. The receiver does't need to provide a mechanical lifting device. Contact Setchi Design fr more information.

Australian Orders

​

When proceeding through checkout, freight is automatically calculated when possible. Should a quote be required, you still need to process your order through to Order Confirmation and Contact Setchi Design to discuss your freight quote and if you accept this quote you will be charged for the freight. We will not dispatch your order until you have confirmed that you accept this quote - there is no obligation. Any changes to freight rates will be posted on this site as they become effective. For smaller products if your order is eligible for Free Postage, the Free Postage option with $0.00 cost will appear as a Freight Option, If you are purchasing from our 'FURNITURE' page the free postage option will still appear but you will need to contact Setchi Design direct for a quote and freight cost will be added to your invoice prior to checkout.

If you fail to contact Setchi Design prior to checking out you will be invoiced for the freight separately.

Approximate Dispatch and Shipping Times

​

Once your order is completed online we aim to dispatch your order within 2 Business Days (Monday-Friday). Orders are processed in order of receipt. Once dispatched the shipping time will be based on your chosen Carrier.  Below is an estimate of shipping times once dispatched:

• Metropolitan areas of Capital Cities: 2 Business Days

• Regional Areas: 3-4 Business Days​

Multiple Items & Merchandise Availability

​

Due to demand for some of our most popular stock items, in some instances there may be a stock outage. Items out of stock will be placed as Made To Order and shipped when product is complete. Multiple item orders may be shipped separately. Setchi Design will inform you of any delay should this be the case with your order.
